Separate Bowls for your dogs

If puppies share the same bowl of food it is difficult to be sure that they both get a fair share !. Each dog should have its own bowl, although the food is often more interesting on the other dogs plate !. However if a dog is hungry and healthy he will eat. Semi - moist diets are not intended to provide a balanced diet on their own. Basically because they involve some degree of preparation before feeding. It is still fairly minimal, involving the addition of carbohydrate supplements as a mixer, often some form of biscuit is Added to balance the nutritional quality of the food. This is a psychologically important exercise for the owner, who likes to think that he or she is doing something for there dog, as previous generations did when they mixed a bowl of table scraps with some meat and gravy. The one thing to remember is that too much mixing of modern food can result in nutritional problems.

A complete pet food suitable for active dogs over 16 weeks of age provided they are eating the adult daily feed amount. Medium in protein whilst high in energy and vitamins to provide the correct nutrient balance for these active dogs. Particularly suitable for those dogs that only have a wheat a allergy or require a single source of protein to combat food allergies. If your dog shows any sign of aging or becoming overweight change to an adult care food. Very active dogs may require up to one and a half times the normal feeding rate. Divide daily feed amount over two or three meals per day feed dry or moist ( Deep chested dogs ) ensuring fresh drinking water is always available. Beware that additional vitamin supplements , treats and titbits may unbalance the diet, encourage your pet to become overweight, or contain food allergens

If you are going to buy dog treats, and you are using a bag of Wheat & Gluten free food then its going to be point less buying treats like the ones above. If you do want to buy treats for your dog you can get treats with Wheat & Gluten free. But you have to pay the price for good food. Also remember that chocolate is NO GOOD for puppy’s or adult dogs chocolate can kill your dog not straight away but over time it will. You can buy doggie chocolate from most pet stores.
